Dome Craft ATX (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides:
Physical dome kits and accessories
Digital products (courses, e-books, templates)
Consulting and build-support services for glamping and eco-resort projects
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site.
4. Accounts & Security
Creating an account is optional but may be required for certain purchases. You are responsible for:
Keeping login credentials confidential
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
5. Orders, Pricing, & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct errors, or change prices before acceptance.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We never store full credit-card data on our servers.
Refunds: Physical dome kits are custom-fabricated and generally non-refundable once production begins. Digital products and consulting retainers are refundable only as expressly stated on the checkout page. See our Refund Policy page (if any) for details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated lead times for dome kits are 8–12 weeks from final invoice and design approval. International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, videos, course materials, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. User Content
If you post reviews, photos, or other materials (“User Content”):
